How do you take care of the chair?: Care is very simple due to the use of stain-resistant mesh material. If there are stains, gently wipe with a damp paper towel or soft cloth.
Is there a weight limit?: The recommended weight limit is approximately 135 kg (297 lbs) for the Premium and 125 kg (275 lbs) for the Pro.
Is there a recommended height?: From an ergonomic perspective, it is recommended for users approximately 160 to 195 cm tall (5'2 to 6'4).
Which is it better to use on, hard floors or carpets?: It can be used on both. The PU (polyurethane) casters are suitable for use even on surfaces prone to scratching.
Is there a warranty on the product?: Yes, the product comes with a 3-year warranty.
Is assembly required?: Yes, assembly is required. Assembling the Premium takes about 35 minutes, while the Pro takes about 15 minutes. For detailed assembly instructions, please refer to the instruction manual.
