This warranty covers malfunctions that occur during normal use, as outlined in the instruction manual and warranty terms. Damage caused by external factors or misuse outside of these guidelines is not covered.
- How do I clean the chair?
- The chair uses a stain-resistant mesh material, making it easy to maintain.
For visible dirt, gently wipe with a soft cloth dampened with water or a cleaning wipe. - Is there a weight limit?
- The recommended maximum weight is approximately 125 kg (275 lbs).
- Is there a recommended height?
- Based on ergonomic design, the recommended height range is approximately 160–195 cm (5'3"–6'5").
- Can it be used on hardwood floors or carpet?
- Yes. The chair is equipped with PU (polyurethane) silent casters, which are designed to roll smoothly and safely on delicate flooring surfaces.
- Does it come with a warranty?

- Is assembly required?
