How do you take care of the chair?

Care is very simple due to the use of stain-resistant mesh material. If there are stains, gently wipe with a damp paper towel or soft cloth.

Is there a weight limit?

The recommended weight limit is approximately 135 kg (297 lbs) for the Premium and 125 kg (275 lbs) for the Pro.

Is there a recommended height?

From an ergonomic perspective, it is recommended for users approximately 160 to 195 cm tall (5'2 to 6'4).

Which is it better to use on, hard floors or carpets?

It can be used on both. The PU (polyurethane) casters are suitable for use even on surfaces prone to scratching.

Is there a warranty on the product?

Yes, the product comes with a 3-year warranty.

Is assembly required?

Yes, assembly is required. Assembling the Premium takes about 35 minutes, while the Pro takes about 15 minutes. For detailed assembly instructions, please refer to the instruction manual.
