- The chair uses a low-maintenance mesh material that resists dirt. For cleaning, simply wipe gently with a wet wipe or a soft cloth dampened with water.

- Is there a recommended height range?
- From an ergonomic design perspective, a height range of approximately 150–195 cm (4'11"–6'5") is recommended for optimal comfort.
- Can it be used on hardwood floors or carpet?
- Yes. The chair is equipped with PU (polyurethane) silent casters, designed to roll smoothly while being gentle on both hardwood floors and carpets.

- Is assembly required?

- I noticed a thin line on the armrest. What is this?
- A faint line may be visible due to the manufacturing process (mold parting line). This is a normal characteristic of the product.
- Is the white color easy to maintain?

- There is a slight indentation on the armrest. Should I be concerned?
- In some cases, minor indentations may occur in the PU material during shipping. Due to its cushioning properties, these typically recover naturally over time.
