Return/Exchange Policy
COFO does not accept returns for products purchased by third-party retailers. For returns, please see that retailer's specific return policy. Returns and exchanges for products purchased from the COFO online store are accepted under the following conditions.
For Incorrect or Defective Products
If the product you receive is different from what you ordered, or if it arrives damaged or defective, we will offer an exchange or a full refund.
For Returns Due to Customer Discretion
We accept returns only if the product is unopened and unused, and if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Shipping Cost For Returns/Exchanges:
- For incorrect or defective products: We will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to customer discretion: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please Note:
- Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted if the product is damaged, broken, soiled, lost, or otherwise affected due to the customer’s actions after delivery.
- Variations in product specifications or tolerances that are within our manufacturing limits are not grounds for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees, gift-wrapping fees, bank transfer fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and post-payment fees are non-refundable.

After approval, any refunds will be processed promptly with the credit issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
