- Can the main unit be washed with water?
- The main unit cannot be washed with water. To clean the surface, wipe it with a dry cloth.
- How often do you recommend use?
- Excessive muscle stimulation can put strain on the body. Therefore, we recommend using it for about 15 minutes per session, up to two sessions daily. If you experience any discomfort or abnormal reactions in your body or skin, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
- How long do the conductive heating pads last?
- This depends on usage frequency and environment. If used once daily, the adhesive pad’s quality can be maintained for about six months.
- Can I use it while wearing a necklace?
- COFO Neck Pro uses mild electric currents, so we recommend removing metal accessories from your neck area while in use.
- How many levels and modes are there?
- The device has 10 levels of muscle stimulation. It features an automatic C-Pulse mode, which cycles through 4 different wave patterns (you can also use it in heating-only mode).
- Does it matter if I use it upside down?
- You can use it in either direction.
- Can people with illnesses, injuries, or pregnant women use this product?

- My neck is skinny; will this still fit?
- The connecting part of the Neck Pro is made from special silicone, designed to fit various neck sizes.
- Where can I buy replacement conductive pads?
- You can purchase them directly from our website.
- I have a pacemaker. Can I use this product?
- This product emits electromagnetic waves, which could interfere with the operation of pacemakers, so we advise against use with a pacemaker.
- How long can it be used on a single charge?
- If used daily for 15 minutes, the device can operate for up to 3 months in C-Pulse mode only, or for 8 days when using both C-Pulse and the heating mode together.
