AYes, assembly is required. It takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes to assemble. Due to the weight, it's recommended that at least two people handle the assembly.
AEverything needed for assembly is included. However, if you have an electric drill, using it will make the process smoother.

AThere is no height restriction for using this product. From an ergonomic perspective, it is recommended for users approximately 150 to 200cm tall (4'11 to 6'6).
ABasic maintenance involves wiping with a dry cloth. For difficult stains, dilute a mild detergent in water and gently wipe with a cloth after wringing it out well. The legs can be cleaned with a damp paper towel or soft cloth.
